This picture is probably one of my favorites I have ever done. I absolutely love how it came out. I love how simple it was to edit. I was just...floored with how it came out with minimal editing.

I think even now this is my most liked/faved picture on Flickr which still shocks me because I was honestly just goofing off with the lighting and environment settings in world until something caught my eye enough to make me take the picture.

I remember how proud I was of this picture, how much I wanted to share it with everyone because it was just so gorgeous to me. This was the day where I got slapped in the face by another blogger, a much 'larger' blogger in terms of followers. I had posted this in a forum of sorts and almost immediately after I did this person not only tagged me but also posted a video of how to "Edit your pictures better" And then specifically commented on how easy it is to make hair look better when you edit.

Now...if I am blogging something, more specifically if I am showing off something that someone else has created I try NOT to edit the crap out of it because it takes away from what the original creator has made. This wasn't the first time this 'blogger' had made off handed comments and passive aggressive jabs at me but this was the first time I actually WANTED to say something back. I didn't...but boy do I wish I had.
