The Beginning

It all started when I saw an ad for a game...a virtual world to get to know people. This was way back in 2003, when Second Life first launched. We walked around like stick figures but it was a whole new experience. For someone like me who preferred being indoors making art this was a perfect way to branch out.

Of course there have been many changes over the years. That first ever account long forgotten and deleted. I got back into SL in 2008, started making new connections and discovering just how much had changed. My regular haunts were always Roleplay sims. Old habits die hard when you spend years roleplaying in chat rooms, except with SL I had the chance to build the characters I would normally have to describe through text.

It's become something of an obsession now, creating characters and playing them. Making new experiences and writing my own story with others. After a few years helping many roleplaying sims in SL as a staff member; either a mentor or an admin, I feel it's my turn to just enjoy my story.

Currently my story involves art in all its forms; writing, digital art, photo-editing. You'll see much of what I've done over the years here. I do hope you enjoy and if you ever wish to start a story...just give me a poke.
