I need to rant though, so bear with me. My SL has changed for the better in more ways than I can count. And it all started with one message from a fellow creator, blogger, and photographer. I know I've mentioned him a few times already but I need to explain the depth of this. I was out of state for work for the last two weeks, one week planned, one week not. I got stuck in a hotel for the last week because I tested positive for Covid and my body was going through the ringer. It was absolutely miserable. The part that would have sucked the most was being confined to a hotel for an extra week when I was supposed to be home. It would have sucked if not for Chaos. The day I posted this picture he pulled me out to an event in SL, just so I could listen to music and hang out with other people so I wouldn't lose my mind.

He has literally been there this whole time checking in on me to make sure I'm ok. Cracking jokes to make me laugh. Coming up with random picture ideas to keep me busy so I don't die of boredom. Hell we even built a little mini cyber base on his land because we felt like it. We go out shopping at random stores. Sim hop to randomly hang out with people. My SL has recently been the least social platform I have and now it's back to being a fun place for me. So when I say he pulled me out of a slump, he literally did. He's been my lifeline these past two weeks and I seriously cannot thank him enough for just being there and being himself. I wouldn't have met him if he hadn't reached out and we wouldn't be nearly as close as we are now if he hadn't insisted I just come hang out one time. I feel like I want to be at his side most of the time now, even if we are just working on our own projects. It may sound sappy but he's become a very grounding person for me. One of the 'real ones'. So, yeah. I know he's going to laugh at me and tease me for this but I really don't care. He knows how I feel and how grateful I am for him. So now everyone else gets to know too.
